CWC – The modular Industry Chiller System by KTS

Intended for gas and oil production, chemical and mining industry

KTS engineered the flexible CWC concept in context to a project, due to the fact that regular chillers could not guarantee compliance with the given environmental requirements.

The resulting system works with centrally monitored chillers as well as with autonomously working chillers if required.

The chiller blocks are devised as modular units, thus the amount of blocks needed can be extended as needed to adapt to defined thermal rating.

The cooling capacity can be set either step by step by switch or continuously via automatic control.

Controller Block

Situated in front of the tank is the integrated switch and pump module, with master/slave function and expansion tank.

Features:
consumption-independent hydraulics, high tolerance to environmental stress (sandstorms, extreme heat up to 65 ° C, salt contamination, etc.), the surface protection of the housing, the heat exchanger and the installation parts is selectable up to stainless steel or C5M, the design is also possible with using DI Water technology, central monitoring is available with standard bus systems and separate UPS supply
